Memorizing Psalm 56:3-4 with Your Children
This week’s verse from Psalm 56:3-4 is “When I am afraid, I will trust in you. In God, whose word I praise, in God I trust.”
This verse was one of my children’s favorite to memorize, mainly because of the video. A lot of children have difficulties at nighttime so it was comforting for my children and they wanted to watch it multiple times. And as a result, they learned the verse very easily.
YouTube Vidoe for Psalm 56:3-4
The video comes again from Steve Green.
I highly suggest Steve Green’s whole CD! Every song is just like the video above in the fact that it simply sings scripture in a way that your children will be excited to learn the verse and truly “hide it in their hearts.”
