Bible memory verses for kids plus free printable! Learn Psalm 148: 1-5 in our challenge to learn one bible verse for each letter of the alphabet with our children. We do this by incorporating 4 key factors: Consistency, Video, Fun, Parental Involvement.
Memorizing Psalm 148: 1-5
The scripture memory verse for the letter P is Psalm 148: 1-5. These five verses are fairly long. Depending on the age of your children, you could choose to learn just the first couple of verses. Take a listen to the kid-friendly YouTube video and see how much your kids pick up.

Printable of Psalm 148: 1-5
For each post in this series, I provide you with a printable and a video to aid your teaching and learning with your children. Click HERE to visit the resource library to download all the printables for free. You can choose between a full-color version or a printer-friendly version.
The print-friendly version is just verses 1-2.
Whichever one you choose, hang it up where you’ll see it and say the verse out loud with your kids multiple times a day.
YouTube Video for Psalm 148: 1-5
The video to aid the learning process is from Seeds Family Worship. Their mission is to “see God’s word in every home.” They inspire to do this by helping “families experience God’s Word through music.”
Five verses seem like a lot even to me. So that’s why if you’ve purchased the ABC Workbook, you’ll see we’re only concentrating on verses 1-2.
Children’s Teaching of Psalm 148
If you’d like to incorporate some Bible teaching into your week, you can discuss with your children how Psalm 148 says the word “Praise” twelve times and what the word “Praise” means. You can use this children’s sermon as a guide for your discussion.
If this seems awkward to you, consider it a part of your evening routine as you tuck your children into bed. It’s just a conversation.
